Arties is a small group owned and run by Cathy; unlike most children’s groups, it is not part of a large franchise business and so every little artist and adult is welcomed personally into the Arties family!

Cathy is a busy mum of 2 gorgeous girls and 1 lovely boy, all of whom have attended Arties over the years!

Cathy trained as a dancer until she was 19; (ballet, tap, modern and jazz) then gained a place at drama school. Her professional credits include TV, theatre (West End and regional) and radio and when not working she has taught many children acting and dance.

Cathy runs both the music and art rooms and even persuades the most timid toddlers to join in, she is in constant awe of how much her toddlers love to bounce!

Our classes are priced at £8.00 and £4 for siblings payable on a termly basis.

We like to offer a couple of taster classes first (priced at £8 each and payable on the day) so you can see how your toddler enjoys them.

Please contact us and we would be delighted to offer your toddler a starter class, we like to limit our sessions to 18 and so all our spaces are pre-booked.

Whilst we all love a surprise visit, we kindly request that you contact us first to check there is space so we can welcome you personally and allocate your toddlers equipment and create their art supplies.
